Are you someone who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments? Do you love the energy of building teams, nurturing talent, and being at the heart of an organization’s growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
We’re hiring a proactive and passionate HR & Talent Coordinator to lead our hiring and onboarding processes. This is more than just a traditional HR role — it’s an opportunity to help build and scale a purpose-driven, women-only remote salesforce that’s rewriting the rules of the sales industry.
If you’re enthusiastic about people, love systems and structure, and are looking to work in a remote-first, fast-paced environment, read on — this might just be your next big move.
About the Role
As our HR & Talent Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our leadership team to attract, hire, and onboard talented women into Account Executive (AE) and Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles. These roles are the driving force behind our sales engine, and you’ll be at the center of making it all happen.
This is a full-time, work-from-home role — ideal for someone who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and excited by the idea of building something meaningful from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
Let’s break down the key responsibilities. As our HR & Talent Coordinator, you will:
Own the End-to-End Hiring Process
You’ll take full ownership of recruitment for Account Executives and SDR interns — from sourcing to screening to onboarding. This includes everything from job postings and outreach to interviews and documentation.
Source Candidates Creatively

You’ll tap into platforms like job boards, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and niche online communities to build strong and diverse talent pipelines. You won’t just wait for applications to roll in — you’ll actively hunt for the right fit.
Manage Documentation and Contracts
Once candidates are selected, you’ll handle all necessary documentation and contract issuance, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for new hires.
Design a Scalable Hiring Funnel
You’ll work closely with leadership to create a repeatable and scalable hiring system that supports fast growth without compromising quality. Your funnel will be lean, efficient, and designed for scale.
Coordinate Smooth Onboarding Experiences
From sending out welcome emails and setting up work-from-home tools to organizing team introductions, you’ll ensure every new hire feels prepared and welcomed from Day 1.
Track and Report Key Hiring Metrics
Using Google Sheets and Drive, you’ll maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, HR records, and onboarding documents. Attention to detail is key here.
Support New Hire Integration
You’ll conduct weekly check-ins with new hires to ensure they’re adjusting well, answer any questions, and feed insights back to the leadership team.
Collaborate with Sales and Leadership Teams
Hiring is a team effort. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and managers to align hiring goals, track performance feedback, and adapt recruitment strategies based on real-time input.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re not just looking for a resume — we’re looking for the right mindset. That said, here are some must-haves and nice-to-haves:
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment or HR operations (startup or agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Familiarity with WhatsApp coordination and remote communication tools
- Organized, empathetic, and highly execution-oriented
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
- Passionate about building inclusive teams and empowering women in tech and sales
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience recruiting for sales roles
- Exposure to remote team onboarding
- A knack for creating structured systems and automations
- Interest in HR tech, women’s empowerment, or startup culture
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
We’re not just building a team — we’re building a movement. As our HR & Talent Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping a workforce that’s driven by purpose, inclusivity, and performance.
100% Remote
Work from anywhere — all you need is a laptop and a reliable internet connection. We’re remote-first and proud of it.
Fast Growth, Real Impact

This isn’t a role where you’ll be doing the same thing every day. As we grow, you’ll grow too, taking on new challenges, owning your projects, and evolving with the company.
Mission-Led and Women-Focused
We’re committed to creating opportunities for women in sales — a traditionally male-dominated field. If you care about diversity and equity, you’ll feel right at home here.
A Learning Environment
You’ll work with a passionate, driven team that values continuous learning and feedback. Your ideas and contributions will always be heard.
Our Culture
We’re a startup — which means things move quickly, challenges come often, and no two days are the same. But it also means:
- Your work matters
- Your voice counts
- You get to shape the future of the company
We value clarity, ownership, speed, and empathy. We believe in doing meaningful work and having fun while doing it.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
In your first 90 days, success might look like:
- Hiring and onboarding multiple SDR interns and AEs seamlessly
- Building a solid, scalable hiring pipeline across multiple platforms
- Creating a smooth and engaging onboarding process that new hires love
- Collaborating closely with team leads to adjust hiring targets and processes as needed
- Keeping organized documentation and tracking key metrics consistently
How to Apply
If you’re excited about this role and think you’d be a great fit, we’d love to hear from you! You don’t need to tick every box to apply — passion, commitment, and a willingness to learn go a long way.
Send us your updated résumé, a short note about why you’re interested, and feel free to include any past hiring wins or projects you’re proud of.
Final Thoughts
This isn’t your average HR coordinator role. You’ll be working at the intersection of people, purpose, and performance, helping us build a salesforce that’s inclusive, remote, and future-ready.
If you’re ready to step into a role where you can make a difference from Day 1, help others grow, and grow yourself in the process — we’d love to meet you.
